New Build, Horsmonden
A four bedroom dwelling from the ground, up. We had a big part to play in the entire construction of this property, from the setting out in the ground to precise padstone levels for the steel frame, this property was millimetre perfect. The steel frame and external balustrade you can see in the photographs was prefabricated offsite, before any masonry commenced. This highlighted the fact that there wasn’t any tolerance or margins during construction. There was also multiple padstone heights that were each individually transferred from the site station (Datum). We have provided some photos to demonstrate how the masonry is constructed during the construction phase.
